HOW TO PREPARE FOR A SHOOT
We are dedicated to capturing your project in the highest quality. Prepare for your shoot for best media results. Review and complete our shoot checklists before we arrive at the location. We recommend properties be professionally cleaned & staged/furnished before your shoot. Store away all clutter before a shoot. If additional storage is needed we recommend doing so. Clutter should not be moved around when the shoot is in progress. We do not touch or move any personal items or trash on location. the Interior shoots are requested to be shot without people or pets present. Advanced touch ups fees will apply to post processing if requested by the client. Avoid scheduling a shoot on a property’s trash/recycling day. We recommend using FaceTime & video chat services to confirm all locations are prepared before shoots.
Residential photography packages are processed and delivered in 24 business hours after shooting is fully completed. This does not include weekends & holidays, if your shoot is scheduled for a weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) your photos will be processed and delivered within the next 24 business hours. If you request a faster turnaround time (add-on), your photos will be processed and delivered per your request.
Residential video packages are processed and delivered within 72 business hours (this does not include weekends & holidays, if your shoot is scheduled for a weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) your video will be processed and delivered within the next 72 business hours. If you request a faster turnaround time (add-on), your photos will be processed and delivered specific to your request. Additional turn around time is required for commercial custom/advanced video projects.
It is up to the client to review the weather forecast & schedule/reschedule shoots appropriately. Reschedule shoots +24 hours ahead of the shoot start time to avoid a fee. For photography we have advanced techniques to enhance cloudy skies for you and deliver best possible images. In video & virtual tours skies cannot be enhanced and are shot and colored as is.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We wear face mask protection for all shoots. Shoe booties are worn when requested. Hands are sanitized or washed when first on location. We ask all other people present for shoots to also wear face masks and sanitize hands. All door handles should be cleaned and sanitized prior to shoot by the client or property tenants.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you schedule a shoot with us you agree to the following terms and conditions:
We respect our clients' time and we ask our clients to do the same. A $50 fee will be added to all shoots canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of any shoot. Additional fees may apply for larger projects and commercial shoots.
Our photographers begin to shoot upon arrival and may move small items to improve the shot, however they will not:
Wait to begin shooting due to last minute cleaning, etc.
Declutter the space
Move personal items (e.g. bathroom products, towels, beds, clothes, etc.)
Wipe down surfaces
Clean floors that are showing visible dust etc.
Close toilet lids
We recommend using professional storage services to help manage clutter if needed prior to the shoot. Tenants should not plan to move clutter around during shoots. If the photographer is delayed by clutter or an unprepared property there will be a time fee of:
$50 for 0-30 minutes delay
$100 for 30-60 minutes delay
If the property is not prepared and the client would like our professional help preparing / staging the property we offer a basic and advanced preparation service:
$50 Digital preparation via FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Meet (0-30 minutes)
$100 basic preparation / creative staging (0-30 minutes)
$150 for advanced preparation / creative staging (30-60 minutes)
If a shoot is rescheduled or canceled on-site or due to an unprepared property, access problems, too much clutter or any other reason beyond our control, there will be a $100 fee.
